💬 Rules: buyer message from a template and the "first message / follow-up" filter

What changed

• In Send a message to the buyer you pick a template from Message templates - its text goes into the field and can still be edited.
• A rule triggered by a buyer message has the Buyer message: first / follow-up filter - an automatic reply only to the first message in a thread.
• Message templates is a standard emoms grid: name, text preview, enabled, drag-and-drop order, editing in a window.
• The rule editor no longer crashes on actions with a large text field (message, Webhook).
